You are responsible for ensuring your Meta accounts and ad campaigns comply with all applicable policies.

Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, technology, and content provided through AG1001 CRM remain the exclusive property of AG1001 CRM and its licensors. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. No rights are granted to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

AG1001 CRM is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without guarantees of uninterrupted service. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AG1001 CRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Account Suspension

Accounts found to be in violation of these Terms of Service may be suspended or terminated at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
