How to Request Deletion
Users who have interacted with AG1001 CRM through Facebook Lead Ads, CRM systems, or other services may request deletion of their personal data. To submit a request, send an email with the subject line "Delete My Data" and include the following information:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Facebook Profile URL (optional)
Verification Process
To protect user privacy and prevent unauthorized deletion, AG1001 CRM may verify ownership of the data before processing deletion requests. This helps ensure that only legitimate data owners can request removal of personal information.
Processing Time
Deletion requests are normally completed within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a confirmation email once your request has been processed and your data has been removed from our systems.
What Will Be Deleted
Upon successful verification and processing of your deletion request, the following data will be permanently removed from AG1001 CRM systems:
- Lead Records
- CRM Activity Data
- Contact Information
- Associated User Data
